Bright and full, packed with lemongrass, pepper, sweet citrus and tons of honey. Approachable and enticing.
Rich on the palate, full of sweet and savory components: lemongrass, honey, lime, pepper, light ginger and a pop of honey. Delicious.
Long finish. A touch dry, some spice and pepper. Ginger, lemon, lime, honey. It's a win through and through.
This is frankly delicious, and reminds me why Castle & Key, to me, will always be a gin producer first and a whiskey distiller second.
