Lind & Lime Gin

Lind & Lime Gin is a London Dry-style gin made with seven organic botanicals: juniper, lime, coriander, angelica, licorice, orris root and pink peppercorns. Juniper provides the classic pine and earthy character, while fresh organic lime peel adds a bright citrus note and pink peppercorns contribute citrus, spice and red-fruit complexity. The botanicals are macerated for 16 hours in organic grain neutral spirit before being distilled in a 1,000-liter copper pot still. Fresh organic lime peel is placed in the still’s vapor basket, allowing the rising vapor to extract its citrus oils and aromas during a nine-hour distillation powered by 100% green electricity. The gin rests for at least two weeks before being bottled and hand-labeled in-house with plastic-free packaging.
