It incorporates wild-foraged botanicals including sage, rosemary and bay leaf, along with citrus and mastiha.   • The pine notes are caused by the inclusion of mastiha (mastic) resin, from the mastiha trees which in Greece grow only on the island of Chios so is one of the few botanicals that are brought in for the distilling.
