Dancing Goat Distillery's Maized & Confused is a 100% corn whiskey blend of eight barrels. After aging for eight years and seven months, the whiskey was transferred into cherry bitters barrels, where it finished for five months. Cherry bitters sounds like a fun finish; let's see how the final product is.

Gingerbread, ginger, toffee and brown sugar combine with bright cherry, honey, vanilla cream and a touch of pepper.
Sweet on the palate with buttercream, toffee, gingerbread, caramels and cherry cordial candies. This is rich and layered with tons going on.
Long finish, heavy on the baking spice, sweet honey, cherry cordials and a hint of ginger snap cookies and cream.
This is an unreal expression, unlike anything I’ve ever tried before. The sense of adventure is rewarded here — it’s a new finish on a mash bill we rarely see, awesome from tip to tail.
