Beautiful rich brown butter on the nose, toffee, honey, caramels and a hint of fruit. It's not overpowering, but it's layered and easy to love.
The palate is pleasant, rich viscosity and layered despite the 50% ABV. It's full of cherry, cola, brown butter, tobacco, pepper, nougat and tons of rich sweetness. Not overpowering and far from punishing, this is layered and lovely.
Long finish, heavy on the baking spice, almond, pepper, nougat, brown butter and toffee.
Delightful and one of the best Remus releases yet, this bourbon is gorgeous, layered and just lovely.
