Covalle Tomato-Water Gin is a New York gin created by William Schragis of Project Optimist. Tomato leaves and stems are pulverized with apple and cucumber pulp, clarified and blended into a London Dry gin base distilled by New York Distilling Company. It is blended and bottled at Kings County Distillery in Brooklyn at 46% ABV and sells for around $40.
