Mezcal Trascendente Espadin Premium is a joven mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave in the Tlacolula Valley of Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is cooked in an underground oven, fermented with natural yeasts and double distilled in copper stills. It is bottled at 48% ABV and sells for around $44 to $54 for a 700 ml bottle.
