Creador Coyote is a joven mezcal made by palenquero José Alberto Pablo in San Bernardo Mixtepec, Oaxaca. It is made from Agave americana grown in Sola de Vega, cooked in a rock-lined oven, milled by hand, fermented in clay pots and twice distilled in clay pots. It is bottled at 48.8% ABV and sells for around $42.
