Borchetta Bourbon Red Corn Reserve is a small-batch Tennessee bourbon made at Big Machine Distillery in Lynnville, Tennessee. It uses a mash bill of 76% heirloom red corn, 12% wheat and 12% malted barley, stone-milled on site and copper pot distilled using local Lynnville creek water. The whiskey is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) and aged in new, heavy-charred oak barrels.
