Missing Thorn Non-Alcoholic Rosé — Zinfandel is a California-made, alcohol-removed wine produced by the Missing Thorn brand, co-founded by Napa Valley winemaker Aaron Pott and vintner Stephanie Honig. The wine is made from Zinfandel grapes, fermented in stainless steel, and then dealcoholized using a low-temperature vacuum distillation process. It is under 0.5% ABV and retails for around $22-$30 per bottle.
