Missing Thorn Non-Alcoholic Sparkling White Riesling is a dealcoholized sparkling wine made in California by award-winning winemaker Aaron Pott and Napa Valley vintner Stephanie Honig. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks using whole cluster pressing with no malolactic fermentation, then de-alcoholized via low-temperature vacuum distillation to less than 0.5% ABV. It retails for $29.99 and is vegan and gluten-free with only 15 calories per 5 oz serving.
