Bittermilk Bourbon Barrel Aged Manhattan is a non-alcoholic cocktail mixer made by Bittermilk Bottling Co. in Charleston, South Carolina. It is built on a base of alcohol-removed port wine, grapes, raisins, cherry and the brand's No.1 Bitter Formula, then aged in once-used Willett bourbon barrels to develop notes of charred oak and vanilla. The mixer retails for around $20 and is designed to be stirred with rye or bourbon whiskey at a 1:4 ratio to create a Manhattan cocktail.
