Five Corners Beverage Co. Pickleback is a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage made by a Chicago-based husband-and-wife brand founded in 2023. It is inspired by the classic bar tradition of chasing a shot with pickle brine, and is made with real Midwestern pickle brine, cucumber essence, celery powder, dill essence, cane sugar and citric acid in 8.4 oz (250ml) cans. It contains no alcohol and retails for around $4 per can.
