About This Cocktail
Fresh, herbaceous and bubbly, the Basil Spritz combines fragrant basil, bright lemon and La Marca Prosecco for a crisp cocktail.
Ingredients
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Vodka
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 3 oz La Marca Prosecco (3-4 oz)
Instructions
- Muddle three basil leaves with lemon juice and simple syrup inside a cocktail shaker.
- Add the vodka to the shaker and fill it halfway with ice before shaking for 20 seconds.
- Then fill a glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Top with La Marca Prosecco and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with lemon twist and the remaining basil leaf.
