Gold Bar Black Double Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a San Francisco-based bourbon distilled from a mash bill of 80% Texas corn and 20% Oklahoma rye in collaboration with a Texas distillery, then blended by Master Blender Montgomery Paulsen. It is aged 3-6 years in new American oak, then finished in French oak wine barrels from Napa Valley. It is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), is non-chill filtered and retails for around $53-58.
