Saint Cloud Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a small-batch sourced bourbon founded by Saint Cloud Bourbon by former Grand Cru winemaker Ray Walker as a tribute to his family's Kentucky roots. Produced at an undisclosed Kentucky distillery, it is made from a proprietary mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley distilled on a hybrid column and pot still, then aged in new charred French Limousin oak casks. Batch 1 was distilled in 2016 and bottled unfiltered at cask strength of 120.8 proof (approximately 60% ABV) in March 2019. It carried an suggested retail price of about $93 to $100 for a 750 mL bottle.
