Jasper’s Gin is produced by Charleston Distilling Co., an independent small-batch distillery in Charleston, South Carolina, using South Carolina-grown grains milled on-site. The gin is made from a neutral grain spirit infused with seven botanicals, including lime, bitter orange, coriander seed, ginger, angelica root, cinnamon and star anise. It is bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof) and typically retails for around $30.
