Peychaud's Aperitivo is an Italian-made bittersweet aperitif liqueur owned by the Sazerac Company of New Orleans, produced by an undisclosed distillery in Italy. It is made via the maceration and distillation of herbs, spices, roots, flowers and other botanicals, drawing its name and red hue from the historic Peychaud's Bitters brand. It is bottled at 11% ABV and retails for around $20.
