Mountain Summit Single Barrel Straight Bourbon is a grain-to-glass bourbon produced by Spirits of the Wasatch at its Wasatch Distillery in Utah's Salt Lake Valley. Made entirely on-site, the bourbon uses a mash bill of 68% corn, 18% rye, 8% wheat and 6% barley. The expression is named after Lone Peak, the 11,253-foot summit in the Wasatch Range, reflecting the distillery's connection to Utah's mountain landscape.
