Knut Hansen Dry Gin is a German gin produced by Hamburg Distilling Company in Hamburg. Distilled four times in small batches, the gin uses 14 botanicals including juniper, basil, cucumber and apples sourced from the Alte Land region. According to the producer, the distillation process uses slow energy infusion to preserve delicate botanical character. The gin is bottled at 42% ABV in ceramic bottles featuring the likeness of the brand’s namesake sailor, Knut Hansen.
