Sinpatch Vodka is produced at Tenmile Distillery in Wassaic, New York. It's made from 80% wheat and 20% barley grown in NY state and is distilled in small batches on a custom made 14-plate column still with a reflux condenser on top. It is bottled at 92 proof. The vodka typically sells for around $31.
The nose is similar to hot cereal that is cooked with raisins. The palate is pleasantly grainy and viscous, with well integrated cereal flavors and a touch of fruity sweetness.
