Luminar Mezcal Añejo is made from 100% agave tequilana grown in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico. It is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of one year, giving it a light gold color.   • The palate is soft and slightly sweet, showing almond and vanilla layered with cinnamon. Repeated sips become increasingly fiery, adding cayenne to the mix.
