  • An enjoyable bourbon with a really distinctive flavor profile. In terms of mouthfeel, it drinks a bit higher-proof than it is (complimentary).

  • Nose:

The nose is dark and filled with a mix of caramelized and grain-forward notes. Crème brûlée, raspberries and a dusty rye grain note.

  • Taste:

Nice sticky mouthfeel. The palate is very distinctive. Tobacco and clove leap out, joined by black pepper, blackberry, orange peel and peach tea.

  • Finish:

Blackberry, tobacco and tannin kick off the finish, which transitions into a tropical profile of guava and grilled mango.

  • Overall:

An enjoyable bourbon with a really distinctive flavor profile. In terms of mouthfeel, it drinks a bit higher-proof than it is (complimentary).
