Almaris Amaro is an Italian herbal liqueur made with infusions and extracts of roots, herbs and Mediterranean citrus peels. The recipe highlights Sorrento PGI lemon, Cilento juniper and a small amount of seawater, which together create a bright citrus and balsamic profile inspired by the Mediterranean.

Bottled at 25% ABV in 50 cl bottles, Almaris is suggested to be served chilled or over ice in a tumbler at about 8–10°C. It retails for about $30.
