Luxardo Bitter Bianco is a clear Italian aperitivo made from a distilled infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and citrus fruits such as mint, marjoram, bitter orange, wormwood, rhubarb and thyme. The production process distills most of the botanical infusions before blending, creating a transparent appearance while maintaining the bitter complexity of the traditional Luxardo Bitter Rosso formula. It is bottled at 30% ABV and sells for around $27-30.

  • There’s a touch of honey sweetness that leads to notes of rhubarb and traditional bitter roots, a hint of anise, and ample orange peel. The finish is bittersweet but cleansing, with considerable length.
