Fiddler Soloist Straight Bourbon is a four-grain straight bourbon produced by ASW Distillery in Atlanta. Distilled on copper pot stills with the grains in, it reduces the corn share in favor of flavorful malts including wheat, rye, Munich, beechwood-smoked and chocolate rye.
The mash bill comprises 56% corn, 14% wheat malt, 10% rye malt, 10% Munich malt, 7% beechwood-smoked malt and 3% chocolate rye malt. Bottled at 50% ABV, it retails around $60.
