Released in January 2026, High West Cask Strength Bourbon is a new introduction to the Park City, Utah distillery's core portfolio. The bourbon is composed of bourbons aged between six and 20 years, sourced from Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee — interestingly, none of the blend is distilled by High West. The 2026 blend is composed of the following components: Kentucky bourbons distilled from 60% corn/40% malted barley, 60% corn/40% rye and 78% corn/10% rye/12% malted barley mashbills; Indiana bourbon distilled from a 75% corn/21% rye/4% malted barley mashbill; and Tennessee bourbon distilled from an 84% corn/8% rye/8% malted barley mashbill.
How much of each component is in the blend remains undisclosed. The distilleries sourced are also undisclosed, although we can assume the Indiana and Tennessee components come from MGP and George Dickel.
The release arrives alongside High West Distilling Director Isaac Winter’s Master Distiller Certification through the Chartered Institute of Brewers and Distillers.
Suggested retail price is $69.99. The bourbon is non-chill filtered and available nationally on a limited basis.

Pleasant nose full of demerara and gingerbread, plus anise, cola, powdered sugar, blueberries, marshmallow fluff, maple and cornbread .
The palate leans into spice — cinnamon and candied ginger, mostly — before transitioning into a sweeter profile of cornbread, rhubarb and brown sugar.
Dusty oak and maple syrup lead the finish, joined by blueberry preserves, blackberries and some subtle tobacco and clove.
A really tasty, well balanced bourbon. Spectacularly blended, delicious stuff out of High West.
