Mezcal Zotz Tobasiche Joven is an artisanal mezcal from Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz, Oaxaca, Mexico. Produced under maestro mezcalero Victorino García, it is made from Tobasiche agave cooked in a conical earth oven, milled with a Chilean mill, fermented in wooden vats and distilled in clay pots. The mezcal is bottled at 48% ABV in 750 ml bottles.
