Oceanside Distillery Odysea Bourbon is produced in Cape Canaveral, Florida. It uses a mash bill of 75% Florida corn, 20% Minnesota rye and 5% malted barley. The bourbon is aged in barrels made with 24-month air-dried staves and bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV).
