Dark Arts Sweet N' Sour Mash Bourbon Finished in a Honey Cask is a blend of Kentucky and Indiana bourbons finished in honey casks. The sweet mash portion was distilled in Danville, Kentucky, using a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley and aged more than five years, while the sour mash portion was distilled by MGP using a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley and aged more than eight years. The bourbon is bottled at 54.5% ABV and retails for about $80.
