ZeroNero [Red] N/A Aperitivo

ZeroNero [red] is a non-alcoholic aperitivo-style spirit created by bartender Max Messier. Designed as an alternative to traditional cocktails, it aims to replicate the ritual of drinking without the effects of alcohol.

Built from a blend of botanicals and adaptogens, the formula includes clove, cassia bark, star anise, fennel seed, orange peel, elderberry, lemon balm, spearmint, hibiscus, rose petals, agave and bittering agents such as wormwood, angelica root and quassia bark. The ingredients are selected for both flavor and functional properties, including digestive support and anti-inflammatory benefits.

The profile is bitter, herbal and lightly sweet, inspired by classic aperitifs like a Negroni. It is intended for a 2 oz pour with sparkling water, in “dirty soda”-style serves or mixed with other non-alcoholic spirits for zero-proof cocktails. A bottle retails for about $25.
