Rivulet Artisan Pecan Liqueur is produced in Kentucky at 30% ABV by C88 Holdings. It's made with barrel-aged brandy that's slow-aged in bourbon barrels and combined with a proprietary pecan recipe. The liqueur averages $34 for a 750ml bottle.
