Buenbicho Mezcal Espadin Joven is made by Espiritu Corsa at its third-generation palenque in San Agustin Amatengo, Oaxaca. Mezcalero Carino Ramirez produces this mezcal using 100% Espadin agave that is roasted in underground pits, crushed with a horse-drawn tahona and double-distilled in copper pot stills. It is bottled at 40% ABV and typically sells for around $40-50.
