Maraska Slivovica is a Croatian plum brandy produced by Maraska d.d. in Zadar, Croatia. Made from ripe, blue plums harvested from 20-year-old trees, the plums are fermented for 3 months in large tanks, distilled twice and then matured in oak casks for a minimum of 2 years.
