Alto Del Carmen Pisco Reservado is a Chilean pisco produced by Cooperativa Capel in the town of Alto Del Carmen in Chile's Huasco Valley. It is made from 100% Muscat grapes grown in the Huasco, Elqui and Limarí valleys and aged 6-8 months in American oak barrels. The spirit is bottled at 40% ABV and typically sells for around $20-25.
