Tieguanyin Batch No. 3 Ether is a non-alcoholic cold-brewed tea from Sensitive Creatures Lab in Taiwan. It uses hand-picked Tieguanyin-style oolong leaves from a small North Taiwan farm that are withered, oxidized and roasted before undergoing a closed-loop cold brew process. A small amount of apple extract and organic sugarcane is added. The tea is lightly carbonated and functions as an alternative to wine.
