  • Fritztown Gin is an elegant, floral spirit that I’ll reach for often, given my fondness for flowery expressions. It works beautifully in an Aviation and is sure to have a place in just about any sweet classic gin cocktail.

  • Nose:

Perfumed and sugary on the nose. Suggestions of orange blossom, marmalade, lemon peel, wild flower honey, jasmine tea and cilantro.

  • Taste:

The palate is soft and sweet at first with violet candies, vanilla bean, lilac and orange flesh before transitioning to a spicy midpalate balancing jalapeño seed, green herbs, lemon juice and cinnamon.

  • Finish:

The medium-length finish echoes more florals and spice, offering up hints of violet perfume, black peppercorn, rose petals and cayenne.

  • Overall:

Fritztown Gin is an elegant, floral spirit that I’ll reach for often, given my fondness for flowery expressions. It works beautifully in an Aviation and is sure to have a place in just about any sweet classic gin cocktail.
