Released in October 2017, Parker’s Heritage Collection 11-Year-Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon was distilled and aged by Heaven Hill in Deatsville, Kentucky. This is the 11th annual edition in the Parker’s Heritage series and was bottled at 122 proof. It uses a mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye, and carries an age statement of 11 years. The suggested retail price at release was $130 for a 750 mL bottle.

  • The 11th edition of Parker’s Heritage Collection has its moments, but a combination of high heat, a bit too straightforwardness, and a $130 price tag quickly fanned my excitement for it.
