Tequila-Based RTD
Yacht Water is the first alcohol launch from rapper and podcaster Lil Yachty. Each cocktail is made with Pedro Furtivo Reposado tequila (aged six months), fresh key lime juice, sparkling water and sea salt. Sunrise is a twist on the recipe made with orange juice, intended as a mishmash between a Ranch Water and a Tequila Sunrise.

Minerality, agave and lime make way for a squeeze of orange. Nothing surprising here.
Sea salt dominates as the biggest note, giving this in an unexpected briny quality rarely paired with orange flavor. The orange lingers nicely in the background, though it does feel a bit more Fanta than it does fresh squeezed. Interesting combo I've never tasted before.
Orange starts to feel a little fresher on the finish. Lime comes in clearer as well, adding a welcome tart bite.
A fascinating little cocktail. Manages to feel thirst-quenching and salty at the same time without veering too far in either direction. I'm into this, though I imagine it may not be for everyone.
