Koch Coyote is a joven mezcal made from wild coyote in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is distilled in copper stills after tahona milling. Some batches are produced by Pedro Hernandez in San Baltazar Guélavila, while others are made by Alberto Vasquez in Sola de Vega. Bottled at 47% ABV, it is certified under NOM-O171X.
