Giesen Dealcoholized Rosé is made from New Zealand grapes using the full winemaking process before the alcohol is removed. Spinning cone technology separates the wine into aroma, alcohol and body, allowing the alcohol to be removed while reintroducing the aroma. A small amount of grape juice is added to balance the final blend. This rosé contains no more than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
