Señorío Mezcal Reposado is produced under NOM-O353X in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, from espadín agave grown for six to eight years. The agave is cooked in an underground oven, double-distilled and aged for four months in American oak barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
