Crisp granny smith apples, hazelnuts with a lemonhead spine and threads of saline throughout.
Wow! This is super impressive for a non-alcoholic champers. A rush of bracing acidity with brilliant notes of lemon, pear and sea salt. I'd say this has a body more similar to a Cava, but if I'm looking for a crushable sparkler without alcohol, this is great! It's bone dry, and there's no annoying typical nonalcoholic wine sweetness anywhere in sight.
Surprisingly complex, the finish lingers for quite a bit with saline, butter and cream. This could definitely get any bubbly lover through Dry January and beyond.
An impressive zero-proof sparkler from NOOH. I've struggled to find a non-alcoholic bottle of bubbles that didn't taste like grape juice, and this is some serious stuff with that champagne finesse. Very nice indeed.
