Muff Irish Potato Gin is produced by The Muff Liquor Company using a base of potatoes, the same used for its vodka. Botanicals including juniper, mandarin, citrus peel, elderflower, rosemary, coriander, angelica and orris root are cold-infused overnight before distillation. A hint of Champagne extract is added before bottling at 40% ABV. A bottle retails for about $37.99.
